Challenges
BookingBug – booking platform
The main challenge was to get up to speed with the Ruby Programming language, as this was new for me as the Ruby on Rails Framework as well. Part of the challenge was that BookingBug is a big MVC project, with tens of controllers / models and a lot of legacy code.
One of the first tasks was to create a system that was logging events into a AWS DynamoDB table.
Security Dispatcher Platform
The goal for this project was to create a platform that was showing real-time informations about all the available security agents from the field and any emergency event that a client could trigger.
This project had interesting challenges like handling multiple simultaneously missions, by providing real-time data about the agents and the clients on multiple maps, or creating an admin panel with functionalities like replaying missions with predictions and corrections.
